What began in 2015 as a small group of passionate and enthusiastic rugby players has now become a well-established reality. After years of hard work and growth, in 2020 we took the big step of becoming a registered club, but without ever losing the humble essence of our beginnings.
At Xàbia Águiles, we don’t just play rugby; we live its values . We firmly believe in camaraderie, teamwork, discipline, and respect. We’re not just a sports team; we’re an active part of our community.
School Rugby: We regularly visit local primary schools to bring the excitement of rugby to the youngest children.
The Eagles Cup: We’ve created a school tag rugby league where schools compete in a spirit of sportsmanship. The winning school keeps our prized cup for the entire season!
Inclusive Sport: We are convinced that rugby is for everyone. We collaborate with local charities, organizing events that promote a barrier-free sport.
For us, the third half is sacred. We organize regular get-togethers and gatherings where the entire Xàbia Águiles family comes together to celebrate the successes of our youth academy.
At these gatherings, we proudly present the Eagle of the Month and Most Improved Player awards. It’s our way of fostering camaraderie and recognizing that individual effort is the driving force of the team.
